Safety Initiative
FELM Limited Partners with KAMATOA Body to Promote Safer Roads
At FELM Limited, we believe that safety and community well-being go hand in hand with the services we provide. On 19th August 2025, our team joined hands with the KAMATOA body to sensitize taxi drivers on the importance of road safety, with a special focus on the use of triangular and jacket reflectors for the Boda Boda cyclists.
The activity took place at Kasangati Taxi parking, where FELM staff engaged directly with drivers and taxi operators. During the session, drivers were educated on how triangular reflectors play a crucial role in preventing accidents, especially in cases of vehicle breakdowns at night or in low-visibility conditions. To support this initiative, triangular reflectors were distributed free of charge to drivers as part of a campaign to encourage compliance and safeguard lives on the road.
In addition, FELM provided free branded safety stickers that were placed on the taxis. These stickers not only carry vital road safety messages but also feature the FELM logo, reinforcing our commitment to corporate social responsibility while building stronger brand awareness across communities.
Speaking during the engagement, the spokesperson emphasized the importance of collaboration in promoting road safety:
“We at FELM believe that safety is a shared responsibility. By equipping taxi drivers with tools like triangular reflectors and sharing road safety messages, we are not only protecting lives but also contributing to a culture of responsible road use.”
This activity is part of FELM’s broader CSR initiatives aimed at giving back to the community, creating impact beyond business, and positioning FELM as a trusted partner in both safety and innovation.

FELM Limited Hosts Blood Donation Drive in Partnership with Red Cross Uganda
We believe in giving back to the community and making a positive impact beyond our business operations. On [insert date], we proudly partnered with Red Cross Uganda to host a successful blood donation drive at our premises.
The initiative brought together our employees, partners, and members of the surrounding community, all united by one purpose—to save lives. Through this effort, we were able to contribute to the national blood bank, supporting hospitals and patients in urgent need of blood across Uganda.

In March, Felm Limited proudly rolled up its sleeves and stepped into the heart of the Wakiso community—Gayaza Market—for a meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative focused on sanitation, support, and solidarity. This wasn’t just about cleaning a market; it was about building a cleaner, healthier, and more empowered community.
A Cleaner Market, A Healthier Community
Gayaza Market, a vibrant hub for traders and shoppers, has long served the people of Wakiso. Recognizing the need for improved sanitation and communal well-being, Felm Limited organized a full-scale market clean-up. Alongside local leaders, market vendors, and volunteers, our team swept walkways, cleared waste, disinfected stalls, and spread awareness on hygiene and waste management.
Empowering Traders with Practical Gifts
As part of the day’s activities, Felm Limited went a step further—showing appreciation to the hardworking market vendors by distributing branded aprons and essential gift packages. These items weren’t just thoughtful tokens; they were practical tools to enhance daily operations, improve hygiene, and instill a renewed sense of pride in their workspaces.
